Ganz and Lil Queze have a new banger on their hands | #Music

Recently, Nashville rappers Ganz and Lil Queze linked for an incredibly hard track and paired it with an energetic video for their track “SKE Demons,” and this pair is lighting the streets of Nashville on fire with this drop. The duo is two artists at the forefront of Nashville’s dense underground rap climate and it is only a matter of time before one of these kids blows up on a much larger scale. I am a huge fan of this track’s hook and it was immediately glued to my brain after one listen and hope that these two can continue … Continue reading Ganz and Lil Queze have a new banger on their hands | #Music

Junia-T and Elijah Dax bring their soulful track “Ooowee” to life with a fresh new video | #Music

Junia-T and Elijah Dax recently linked for a soulful track that we covered on ELEVATOR earlier this summer, but recently the emotive offering was turned into a visual starring the Chattanooga artist Elijah Dax, as well as the producer of the track, Toronto’s Junia-T and the video portion was masterfully executed. I am really glad that the video came out so perfectly and hope that this pair will collaborate much more in the future. Paul Maxwell collides with Father for their experimental offering “BLOODSTAIN$” | #Music

Atlanta artist Paul Maxwell recently linked with Atlanta pillar Father for a raucous, experimental new video for Maxwell’s track “BLOODSTAIN$” that is both sonically intriguing and masterfully edited with interesting visual effects, dreamy settings, and distorted VHS camera shots. This instrumental is hard-slapping and avant-garde, falling closer to a punk track than your standard Atlanta rap song. Paul Maxwell is an Atlanta rapper to keep an eye on and I am eager to see what he does next. First Beige’s new funky, sonically diverse single is a must-listen | #Music

First Beige is one of my favorite indie bands on the come up currently, and their new track “Desire” is a musical masterpiece and is a true sonic cornucopia of sorts. The track has an unabashed funk element with a rousing bass line and up-tempo percussion to match, but a flashing synth pattern or flute harmony will pass through every now and again, just to fuck with things and elevate their sound to previously uncharted waters. These guys are unbelievably talented and “Desire” is very much unlike what I have ever heard before. Knyves Escobar dazzles on her new track “Phantom Limb” | #Music

Maryland artist Knyves Escobar lands in the ELEVATOR pages today because of her enchanting new track release titled “Phantom Limb,” and her fluttering vocals are both haunting and inspiring all at the same time. Her range is highly impressive and her vocals convey a great deal of emotion that are extremely attractive in her alt-r&b lane. While her following is quite slim at the moment, her talent is massive enough to thrust her into the spotlight in the near future. I am really excited about the future of Knyves Escobar. Leesta and Loesoe link for yet another banger | #Music

I am not going to lie, when I first saw Leesta rapping on twitter (although I was previously familiar with some of his production work), I immediately thought it would be the next twitter fad or meme, but wow I was wrong. Recently, he linked yet again with the incredibly talented Loesoe and this pair is rapidly becoming one of my favorite duos in all of the rap scene. Leesta shines with his vocals on this track and is only getting better and better with his flows and the chemistry between Loesoe and Leesta is undeniable. Stream “blah blah blah” … Continue reading Leesta and Loesoe link for yet another banger | #Music
