Oakland rapper MB Nel is back with a new track that effectively serves as a love letter to his daughter and a scathing introspective look at his own heart, taking inventory of his soul as he attempts to improve for his child. Nel’s ability to not only tell a story but also paint an emotional picture is astounding and I am thoroughly impressed by his capacity to convey his feelings through music.
