Tune into Aldo’s new EP “Trembling Eyelids” | #Music

Brazilian based duo Aldo is back with an exciting new EP titled Trembling Eyelids that fuses elements of indie, electronic music, and synth pop together for a beautiful new creation. The band of literal brothers are rooted in family, as their group is named after their wild uncle who was a sort of counterculture figure who grew up very edgy in 1990s Brazil, and the duo’s name is a tribute to him and youthful recklessness of sorts. Sonically, the EP mainly consists of a blend of synths, both acoustic and electric guitars, trap percussion, and as well as a studio drummer, giving various full-bodied soundscapes that the duo attacks masterfully. Their vocals are high-pitched and exciting, keeping you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire EP. I really, really enjoyed this project and am quite the fan of Aldo and can’t wait for their next full-length project to surface.
