Tune into Aldo’s new EP “Trembling Eyelids” | #Music

Brazilian based duo Aldo is back with an exciting new EP titled Trembling Eyelids that fuses elements of indie, electronic music, and synth pop together for a beautiful new creation. The band of literal brothers are rooted in family, as their group is named after their wild uncle who was a sort of counterculture figure who grew up very edgy in 1990s Brazil, and the duo’s name is a tribute to him and youthful recklessness of sorts. Sonically, the EP mainly consists of a blend of synths, both acoustic and electric guitars, trap percussion, and as well as a studio drummer, giving … Continue reading Tune into Aldo’s new EP “Trembling Eyelids” | #Music

Filho and Goon Des Garcons combine for a distorted new track | #Music

Los Angeles rapper Filho recently linked up with the rapidly rising Little Rock rapper Goon Des Garcons for a distorted punky new track “Oh My God.” The instrumental is thumping and lends itself perfectly for the warped vocals and aggressive flows from this duo. I am glad that this track came across my sceen and am eager to see what Filho has next, and would strongly suggest everyone getting familiar with Goon Des Garcons soon. Portland’s Donte Thomas drops his colorful new album | #Music

Donte Thomas recently arrived on the radar and the Portland rapper has quickly asserted himself as one of my favorite up-and-comers because of his innate ability to paint pictures through his words, which is evident as one of his main objectives with the title of his new album COLORS. On the album, Thomas attacks a variety of instrumental styles, showing his versatility and overall rapping skill that is undeniable. He has some tracks that are straight bars for their entire duration, but many other more melodic and sensual inputs on COLORS that further show his ability to succeed in any lane. I really enjoyed … Continue reading Portland’s Donte Thomas drops his colorful new album | #Music
